Is it blur/camera shake or lights refraction of the lens?

The Esplanade Theatres on the Bay

Puzzle solved light refractions thought as blur, view in large format background building was not blur. Little lights refracted from far away, may look blurred. Lots of awards indicated that. I had put a note on the background building.

With the advance in today technology that able to capture the refractions with the camera internal computer.

In this forum, some thought it was due to camera shake or blurred image. I think it was due to the refraction of lights projected from the camera lens.

You notice the corner blue were projected in the 3 directions and the background building was not blurred.

The little lights on the boats also projected out some distance by the spatial refraction of the lens.

Even the image was view large the buildings were not blurred.
